Follow these steps the first time you open the app.
On first launch, a splash screen appears asking you to select Italiano or English. Tap your language to continue and see the tutorial.
Go to ⚙ Settings → Material prices. Edit each price with your actual supplier costs. When done, tap 💾 Save prices. These are stored permanently — you only need to do this once.
💡 Prices survive app restarts, language changes and currency changesIn Settings, scroll to Labour rates. Enter your cost per m² for each system (D112, D113 etc.). This is what you pay the installer — the client sees the final price including your markup.
In Settings, scroll to Company details. Add your name, address and contact info. These appear at the top of every PDF quote.
Tap 🏠 Ceiling, enter the length and width, select the Knauf system and board size. Tap Calculate — then go to 💰 Quote to set your markup and export the PDF.
Go to ⚙ Settings → Language, select the new language, then tap Save & restart.
Or tap the qootys. logo in the top-left corner of the app — this opens a full app reset that lets you re-select the language from scratch, just like the first launch. This is the most reliable way to switch everything at once.

qootys is designed with privacy first. We collect as little data as possible.
All your prices, labour rates, company details and calculation history are stored only on your device. Nothing is uploaded to external servers.
The app displays ads via Google AdMob. AdMob may collect anonymised usage data and device identifiers for ad personalisation in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.
qootys requires no registration, no login and no personal information. You can use all features completely anonymously.
